  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, and device type — collected automatically via analytics tools (Vercel Analytics).
  • Communication data: Any messages you send us via email or contact forms.

We do not collect sensitive financial account numbers, Aadhaar, or PAN numbers through this website.

  • To deliver your TRIT™ risk assessment results and PDF report.
  • To contact you regarding your assessment or consultation request.
  • To send educational content and market insights (only if you opt in).
  • To improve our website and services through analytics.
  • To comply with SEBI, AMFI, and applicable Indian financial regulations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — for secure database storage of assessment data. Data is stored on servers compliant with industry security standards.
  • Vercel Analytics — for anonymised website usage analysis. No personally identifiable information is shared.
  • Anthropic API — for generating AI-powered advisory narratives from your risk profile data. No raw personal data (name, email, phone) is sent to the API.

5. Data Retention

Assessment data is retained for up to 3 years for advisor review purposes. Contact information is retained as long as you remain an active prospect or client. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
